Six-Week Mental Health Program For Ages 4 Through Adult
Our six-week program is open to children, teens, and adults. Each session explores different aspects of mental health, helping participants understand their emotions and experiences.
We teach practical coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges—building confidence and emotional strength at every age.
Supportive Environment: Group sessions foster a sense of community, allowing participants to learn from one another and grow together.
Participants have the opportunity to share their journal entries in a safe, supportive group led by our founder, Michelle Paul. This process builds trust, encourages open dialogue, and helps members realize they are not alone.
